I enquired about a car on Monday afternoon; went to view it at 10 on Tuesday morning, test drove it, bought it, traded in my old and dying car which saved me from having to scrap it myself, and insured it over the phone while the owner sorted out the tax for me. By 12 noon I was back home with my new Honda gleaming clean and parked outside my house! It drives like a dream and I'm delighted. It was the most painless car buying experience I've ever had. As a middle aged woman who doesn't know a lot about cars, I've been to places before where I've felt uneasy and as though the salesman saw coming and gave me a bad deal. Not at Valley Brook. There was no hard sell (the car sold itself to be honest), I was treated as an equal ,had some banter and they even offered me an ice cream! I hope to be driving this fab car for a long time, but when the time comes to replace it, I will be along to Valley Brook again. Thank you so much!
